Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai has commended the Special Duties Unit (SDU) for a high level of outstanding teamwork and outstanding performances between 2002 and 2003 in respect of continuous improvements in its management and training systems, counter-terrorism readiness and ability to provide Crime Formations with a professional, effective and safe intervention capability against armed and dangerous criminals.
