Members of the Central Fund for Voluntary
Contributions to Spouses/Dependants of Deceased Junior Police Officers and the Hong Kong Police Force Family Protection Fund for Officers and Civilian Staff are reminded to report changes of personal particulars and that of beneficiary to the Secretary of the respective Funds. Failure to do so will create unnecessary delay in the disbursement of compensation and even legal implications rendering a claim void.
Officers wishing to update personal particulars, including that of the beneficiary, should complete the "Notification of Changes in Personnel Particulars" and return it to the Secretary of the respective Funds at the Personnel Services and Staff Relations Branch, 1st Floor, Dominion Centre, Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, by mail or by fax to 2865-4799. Enquires on the issue can be made with the Central Fund/Family Protection Fund Secretariat at 2804-1128. |
