Medal for Bravery (Bronze)
A Senior Inspector attached to Yau Ma Tei Division, Mr Tsang is commended for his exemplary act of gallantry he displayed whilst off duty in rescuing the driver from a blazing car after a traffic accident on the Island Eastern Corridor on October 4, 2003. He was the only person to approach the blazing car, risking his own life to save a helpless person in a life-threatening predicament.
