First talk in new PHQ Auditorium

As part of the Force's on-going commitment to management development, Ms Christine Loh, Chief Executive Officer, Civic Exchange - HK's Independent Think Tank, presented a talk to 274 officers in the Auditorium of Police Headquarters on September 18 at the invitation of the Force.

In her talk entitled "LegCo Election Analysis: Impact on Politics & Governance", Ms Loh gave her lucid opinions of the outcome of the last Legislative Council Election, and shared her beliefs regarding many issues, including local politics, the current political climate, and the future government operations in the SAR. Her presentation and incisive views had greatly impressed the audience.

Ms Loh's talk was the first ever held in the Auditorium after opening of the new PHQ Complex.
