The contest was aimed at instilling a correct concept of drugs among the youths, and encouraging them to stay away from drugs. It had attracted entries from many youths served by the Groups, including participants of "Operation Breakthrough" and "Project Stand-by-You".

On September 25,WTS District Commander Ian Seabourne presented prizes to the winners of the drawing competition. After this, six outstanding entries were put on display on the outer wall of Wong Tai Sin Police Station until the end of this year.
