This year's examination for promotion to Sergeant is scheduled to take place on October 24, and candidates are advised to arrive at the examination centre by 10 am that day (i.e. at least 30 minutes before the exam starts).

Candidates are reminded to check their assigned examination centre address and exam candidate number. Communication devices (e.g. mobile phones, pagers or computers, etc.) are not allowed to be carried into the examination halls.

The examination website on POINT provides information on instructions to candidates, exam syllabus, previous exam debriefing reports, examination preparation and technique as well as system for awarding grades.
