The upcoming Police Community Carnival will feature colourful events - joint performances by the Hong Kong Police Band and the Guangdong Police Band, a "show of force" by a Wushu Club, performances by the Police Dog Unit and demonstrations by members of the Special Duties Unit - the "flying tigers".

The events will be staged at each of the four morning and afternoon sessions of the Carnival on November 20 (Saturday) and 21 (Sunday).

Members of the Wushu Club will also take part in a preview of a play which extolls the feats of the Chinese national hero, " Yue Fei".

Campaign Committee member of The Community Chest, Mr Leon Lai, will lend support to the Carnival by attending the opening ceremony.

The two-day event is co-organised by the Force and The Community Chest to raise funds for charity.

Admission tickets for the Carnival, at $50 each, are available at all Police Community Relations Offices, Training & Staff Relations Offices and office of The Community Chest.

The play featuring "Yue Fei" will be one of the highlights of Police Community Carnival
