Assistant Commissioner (Training) David Thomas presented Long Service Medal and Clasp, Commending Officer's Commendation, Valedictory Letter and Certificate of Exemplary Service, and 20 Years' Certificate to 71 officers at a ceremony held at Police Training School on December 11.
