On behalf of the teaching staff and parents of mentally handicapped children of 10 special schools, the principal wrote to the Commissioner to thank the officers for providing valuable assistance as volunteer workers at a sports meet for the children. The event would not have been so successful without the officers' "love, sincerity and enthusiasm", said the principal. |

The tourist, who was in Hong Kong six months ago, wrote to KC Station from Goa to thank SGT Tsui for helping him to go to the airport when he ran out of cash. He described SGT Tsui as a humane person and praised the Force for being "noteworthy for their humanity." OffBeat learns that when the tourist carrying his luggage walked into the Report Room and said he was in a hurry to the airport but had no money, SGT Tsui gave him $50 and showed him the way to the airport bus stop at Ma Tau Wai Road. |

In a letter to JPS KE, a PSDS supervisee said that with WSPC Cheung's counselling and advice, he had turned over a new leaf and is leading a new life, working hard for his studies and as a volunteer worker in his spare time. The parents of two PSDS supervisees also wrote to WSPC Cheung to thank her for guiding their children back to a straight path. |
