IPCC visit to PHQ

The Chairman of the Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC), Mr Wong Fook-hum, led a group of IPCC members to visit Police Headquarters on April 22. During the visit, Assistant Commissioner (Service Quality) Wong Doon-yee, and Police Public Relations Branch Chief Superintendent Ma Wai-luk briefed the visitors on the Force's "Living the Values" workshop and public relations strategy respectively.

Director of Management Services Mike Dowie and Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch (C&IIB) Chief Superintendent Wong Fook-chuen also accompanied the IPCC Chairman to visit the new Police Complaints Reporting Centre in Caine House.

The PHQ visit was organised by C&IIB as part of a programme to further enhance IPCC members' understanding of the police services.
