During courtesy calls late last month, Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai met with a delegation from the Cambodia National Police, which was led by Commissioner General of Police, Mr Hok Lundy (upper), and another delegation from the South African Police Service, led by Divisional Commissioner, Mr Johannes Frederick De Beer.
