SGT presented with souvenir
Flat owners of the Albert House in Aberdeen recently presented a souvenir to Sergeant Tsang Wai-main of Central District Police Community Relations Office in recognition of his assistance for their petitions to the Government over their civil liability for damage arising from a fatal accident in the building in 1994.
