Promotions
Promoted to the rank of Senior Superintendent were Ms Cheung Fung-yee and Mr Jeffrey Herbert, and to Superintendent were Mr Ng Shan-ho, Mr Siu Kit-hung, Mr Wong Ying-wai, Ms Ho Yuen-ha and Mr Ling Wai-po.
Mr Lee also presented a promotion letter to Senior Superintendent Lui Hon-kwok, who was on leave at a previous presentation of promotion letters.
At a ceremony held at Police Headquarters on November 15, Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai presented promotion letters to seven officers.
