Promotion
Heading the promotion list was Blaine Hoggard, who was promoted to Assistant Commissioner. The other officers were Peter Morgan, Charles Mitchell and Wong Hung-tak, promoted to Chief Superintendent, and Martin Cadman, Wong Koon-ho and Tse Sau-kong, to Superintendent.
Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai presented promotion letters to seven officers at a ceremony at Police Headquarters on January 26.
