Shortly after the woman had a choke and passed out during a lunch in a restaurant, the officers applied cardio-pulmonary resuscitation at the scene until ambulance staff arrived and took the woman to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where she came round. Both the woman's son and the medical staff at QEH later highly praised the officers for their prompt action. |
