A delegation from the Dongguan Municipal Government, led by the Deputy Secretary of the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee, Mr Zhang Jixiong, paid a courtesy call on Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai on March 14.

Earlier, the Spanish Consul-General in Hong Kong, Mr Camilo Alonso-Vega, also paid a courtesy call on Mr Lee.
