The passenger said she was very impressed by what WPC Fu did immediately after a mini-bus had collided with another vehicle near Ting Kau, Tsuen Wan. Though she was also slightly hurt as a passenger in plain clothes in the mini-bus, WPC Fu was the last person remaining at the scene when police arrived. The passenger said WPC Fu reassured the injured passengers and directed traffic to clear a traffic jam before her fellow officers arrived. |

A married couple |
The couple had a heated argument at home, during which the wife threatened to kill herself and other members of her family. In response to the husband's call for help, the officers quickly arrived at the scene, separated the couple and succeeded in mediating a settlement of the couple's dispute. In a letter to their commander, the couple said the officers had prevented "a domestic tragedy" with professionalism, patience and communication skills. |

Spotting the stalled car while on motorcycle patrol, PC Chen immediately moved the driver and passengers out of harm's way, and arranged for the car to be towed away. During the whole process, PC Chen had provided assistance in a professional and caring manner. |
