Two-pronged attack on drugs abuse
As officers inspected entertainment premises in Yau Tsim Mong District in the early hours of July 30 to tackle drugs abuse by teenagers, Kowloon West Regional Commander Lo Yik-kee, along with members of the District Council and District Fight Crime Committee, distributed copies of a publicity leaflet calling on youngsters to stay away from drugs.
On August 1, officers from the District Crime Squad and District Anti-triad Squad in Tuen Mun District also mounted a major crack down on drugs-related activities.
