OffBeat has received a request from Italy for assistance in locating a former member of the Force of the name of Philip Li Wai-leung. OffBeat has only scanty information about Mr Li - he was born in Hong Kong in May 1947, and worked in CID in 1975. Mr Li is requested to contact the Editor of Offbeat on seeing this message. OffBeat also wants to hear from anyone who may have information about Mr Li.
