Members of the Central Fund for Voluntary Contributions to Spouses/Dependants of Deceased Junior Police Officers and the Hong Kong Police Force Family Protection Fund for Officers and Civilian Staff are reminded to report changes of their personal particulars and those of their beneficiaries to the Secretary of the respective funds. Failure to do so may create unnecessary difficulties and delay for the disbursement of benefits and even legal implications rendering claim becoming void. Members may update personal particulars by downloading the notification form from Personnel Service and Staff Relations Branch Support Group website, completing and returning it to the Secretary of the respective funds at PS&SR Branch, 38/F, Arsenal House, Police Headquarters, No. 1 Arsenal Street, Wan Chai, either by mail or fax 2200-4334.
