The project has had the assistance of the "Central Power" which is a team comprising police volunteer workers, the Central and Western District Fight Crime Committee (C&W DFCC), the Central District Junior Police Call Honorary President Group and the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Cross Centre, as well as 63 Form Six students from Lok Sin Tong Leung Kau Kui College. Officiating at the project's launching ceremony were C&W DFCC Chairman, Mr Yip Wing-sing; the Principal of the Lok Sin Tong Leung Kau Kui College, Mr Lee King-hang, and the Supervisor of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Cross Centre, Ms Chung Yin-ting. They hoped the project would succeed in helping Form One students overcome the challenges of their new environments. Under the project, members of the "Central Power" and the Form Six students will act as mentors for the 200 new Form One students of the Lok Sin Tong Leung Kau Kui College.
