KW Sports Day draws big turnout
Sportsmen in colourful attire representing different Formations brightened up PSRC, while the Police Silver Band heralded in KW Regional Commander Lo Yik-kee, KW Deputy Regional Commander, Ms Chang Mo-see, and commanding officers from various key Formations for the opening ceremony, following which tough competition began for the Region's Major and Minor Unit trophies.
The sports gala drew to a spectacular close with a tug-of-war competition, at which Deputy Commissioner (Management) Fung Siu-yuen and Director of Personnel and Training Tsang Wai-hung officiated.
Mr Fung and Mr Tsang later presented prizes to the winners of the tug-of-war and football competition, while Mr Lo and Ms Chang handed out the Major Unit Trophy to Yau Tsim District, and the Minor Unit Trophy to KW Emergency Unit.
District Commanders and Deputy District Commanders of KW Region presented trophies to individual winners.
