Senior officers promoted
Promoted to the rank of Deputy Comissioner was Mr Yam Tat-wing; Senior Assistant Commissioner was Mr Lee Ka-chiu; Assistant Commissioner, Mr To Chun-wai and Mr Ma Wai-luk, and to Chief Superintendent were Mr Ken Davey, Mr Yu Mun-wah, Mr Richard Morgan, Mr Leung Po-tak and Mr Lau Fu-sang.
Commissioner Lee Ming-kwai presented promotion letters to nine senior officers at Police Headquarters on January 15.
