Promotion Ceremony
Senior Superintendent Chung Siu-yeung, who was on leave at the time of the last presentation of promotion letters, also received his promotion letter at the same ceremony.
Commissioner Tang King-shing presented a promotion letter to Mr Siu Chak-yee, who has been promoted to the rank of Senior Superintendent, at a ceremony held at Police Headquarters on April 23.
