Mr Lee is awarded the GBS in recognition of his distinguished service and unrelenting dedication in serving the Hong Kong community. During his tenure as the head of the Force, he successfully dealt with numerous challenging issues. He has earned the loyalty and support of members of the Force and the people of Hong Kong. Mr Lee retired as the Commissioner of Police after serving 35 years with the Government.
