Commissioner Tang King-shing presented letters to nine officers on November 16, confirming their promotion to Senior Superintendent (SSP) and Superintendent (SP).

Promoted to SSP were Mr Matthew Hemmings and Mr Kenneth Reed, and to SP were Mr Sin Chi-sing, Mr Ho Yun-sing, Mr Kwok Pak-chung, Ms Lee Nga-lai, Mr Rupert Dover, Ms Chan Yuk-chun and Mr Chung Tat-ming.
