The Police Shooting Club (PSC) captured the overall championship of the Hong Kong PPC 480 Open Shooting Competition last month. Led by Woman Chief Inspector Cheung Tin-yee, a team of 10 PSC members took on renowned shooters from different gun clubs and disciplined services in a vigorous and exciting one-day event on October 14.

Apart from the overall team championship, PSC members Woman Senior Inspector Ma Yee-ling and Sergeant Lam Wah-ping scored a silver medal in the Standard Revolver and Duty Revolver Categories, while retired sergeants Chun Wai-kwong and Lee Chiu-sheung claimed a bronze medal in the Duty Pistol and Standard Revolver Categories. Furthermore, other members of the PSC team also broke their individual records, underscoring the fact that shooting is a sport requiring perseverance and endurance.

Meanwhile, PSC will continue promoting a healthy lifestyle among Force members by fully supporting the Force's integrated approach to physical fitness and health management.
