Mr Ian Walton-George, Director of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), recently paid a courtesy call on Director of Management Services Mike Dowie. The purpose of this visit was to introduce Mr Timo Pulkkinen, the new OLAF Liaison Officer to China, to Mr Dowie.

OLAF's mission is to fight fraud affecting the European Union.

Also present at the meeting were Mr Austin Rowan, Head of Investigations & Operations of OLAF as well as Mr Ted Tsang, Senior Superintendent (Fraud) from the Commercial Crime Bureau, and Senior Superintendent Matthew Kwok from the Liaison Bureau.
