Commissioner Tang King-shing presented letters to four officers - Mr Charles Alison, Mr Chan Fung-hau, Ms Lo Suk-ching and Mr Sin Kam-foo, confirming their promotion to the rank of Senior Superintendent, at a ceremony at Police Headquarters on April 22.
