The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, together with other principal officials and guests, attended the flag raising ceremony to celebrate the 11th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the Golden Bauhinia Square in Wan Chai on July 1.
