Assistant Commissioner (Information Systems) To Chun-wai presented promotion letters to Ms Chui Ting, Mr Sheh Wai-yiu and Ms Cheng Suet-ying on July 4. The three officers were promoted to the rank of Senior Police Communications Officer with effect from the same day.
