The Police Recruitment Day launched at Police Headquarters on July 5 by the Recruitment Division of Personnel Wing, turned out to be a great success, attracting a total of 2,022 visitors - around 18 per cent higher than the figure last year. This success can be attributed to a series of proactive publicity campaigns and advance e-registration service.

On the same day, many well-prepared candidates attended group interviews, thus greatly streamlining the selection process.

In view of the high attendance rate, the quotas of initial qualification assessment and group interviews were increased so that all applications were swiftly processed that day.

The Recruitment Division would like to thank police volunteers for contributing to the smooth running of the recruitment campaign, including members of the Auxiliary Police Voluntary Service Cadre and Rainbow Police Volunteer Group, as well as Mentees of the Police Mentorship Programme.
