Narcotics Command Course
Narcotics Bureau (NB) organised a Narcotics Command Course last month for 24 officers from the Public Security Department (PSD) of Guangdong, including anti-narcotics unit commanders of the PSDs of various cities of Guangdong, as well as for five officers from the Macao Police.
During the five-day course on the work of NB, the participants visited Marine Region and watched an anti-smuggling demonstration. The PSD representatives also took the opportunity to give a presentation on the current drugs situation and anti-drugs strategy in Guangdong.
On conclusion of the course, Assistant Commissioner (Crime) Wong Fook-chuen presented a certificate of attendance to each participant.
The Narcotics Command Course represents another form of co-operation between the Narcotics Bureau and its Mainland counterparts
