e-Learning Courseware on POE |

Police College and Operations Wing have recently developed a training programme on public order events (POE) into an interactive and interesting e-Learning courseware for all officers at Inspectorate rank and above to learn handling of POE anytime via POINT. The contents of this e-Learning package include Force policy on handling POE, types of POE, notification procedures, police powers and tactics, legislation on POE, available resources for handling POE, and experience sharing by officers who have expertise in POE. At the end of the course, trainees may test their understanding by taking a scenario exercise and a quiz. Officers interested in the courseware may enter the Learning Portal via POINT.
