AFS Day Camp
The Auxiliary Facilitator Scheme (AFS) was established in 2005 with the aim to reduce wastage of manpower. The scheme organised two events last year in line with the healthy lifestyle objective - golf introduction in Tuen Mun in May and hiking in Cheung Chau in November. Both activities were well received by Auxiliary members.
As a continuation of this healthy lifestyle series, a day camp was organised on Sunday, March 8, in the Lady MacLehose Holiday Village, with family health being the theme to highlight the importance of support by the families of Auxiliary members. More than 100 Auxiliary members attended the event with their families. Despite chilly weather, all returned home with warmth in their hearts.
