The officers are Mr Yip Kai-hung, Mr Chan Tsan-wing, Mr Mak Chui-tong, Ms Lee Ngar-ming, Mr Ip Ka-ho, Mr Lai Chi-man, Mr Cheung Mei-hon, Ms Chan Ka-yu, Mr Man Tat-shing, Mr Fong Kwok-wah, Mr Chow Chun-fung, Mr Ho Ka-fei, Mr Tam Siu-on, Ms Chan Yat-sze, Mr Wong Kwok-yin, Mr Chan Wing-leung and Mr Hui Chun-wai.

Mr Sin Chi-ming and Mr Ian Strange, who have also been promoted to Superintendent, are on overseas duties, and their promotion letters will be presented in due course.

On the same occasion, Mr Paul Mounsey, who was on leave at the time of the previous promotion ceremony, received from CP the letter confirming his promotion to Senior Superintendent.
