The officers are Mr Wong Chi-hung, promoted to Assistant Commissioner; Mr Cheung Kwai-kee and Mr So Kam-sing, both to Chief Superintendent; Mr Kwok Ho-yee, Mr Steve Handley and Mr Cheung Wing-fai, all to Senior Superintendent, and Mr Yuen Chi-kin, Mr Leung Sai-kau, Mr Tse Sau-keung, Mr Lau Shu-sing and Mr Lam Chi-ming, all to Superintendent.

At the same presentation, Mr Sin Chi-ming and Mr Ian Strange, who were absent from the previous presentation, received letters confirming their promotions to Superintendent.
