YLDIST hosts liaison lunch
Yuen Long District Deputy District Commander Gary Field hosted a lunch for Pakistani community leaders in the Officer's Mess as part of the District's ongoing efforts to further strengthen liaison with Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) communities.
In particular, Mr Field took the opportunity to thank Mr Shafi Mohammad, a member of the Yuen Long District Fight Crime Committee, for supporting police engagement and fight crime initiatives through JPC recruitment, sports exchanges, and formation of the NEC Volunteer Team in Tin Shui Wai.
The lunch also provided an opportunity for Mr Field's senior staff to meet and discuss matters of mutual concerns with their guests in an informal setting.
