Recently at the Lok Ma Chau Spur Line Control Point's taxi stand, the TM DFCC member saw WPC Chan summonsing a taxi driver for disobeying traffic sign, but the driver reacted strongly. In face of this, the officer remained calm and firm in carrying out her duties, impressing the DFCC member, who later wrote to RC NTN to praise the officer for her tenacity and professionalism. |

In a letter to CP, the woman thanked the officers for providing quality services whilst trying to locate her husband who went missing over his liver cancer. She said that while senior officers attached importance to the case, the junior ones raced against time in gathering information and offered a lot of comfort and regards during her time of distress. After locating the missing person, the Police even went to the extent of providing a referral letter in case she has to seek medical assistance for her husband, the woman added. |

The resident left her handbag containing property worth about $30,000 behind in a taxi. Despite the lack of any clue for tracing the taxi, PC Ng kept calling up some taxi companies to appeal for help. Eventually, the driver of the taxi was located and the handbag was returned to its owner intact, prompting the informant to write to DC KCDIST, expressing her gratitude for SPC Ng's professionalism and conscientiousness. |

Arriving at the Hong Kong International Airport, the tourist found one of her handbags containing property worth RMB 30,000 missing. Upon receiving a report, IP Lau immediately deployed his officers to conduct a search, which eventually located the missing property inside the Baggage Reclaim Hall. The tourist later wrote to APTDIST to praise the officers for their prompt action and professionalism. |
