Promotion
Commissioner Tang King-shing presented letters to five officers on November 5, confirming their promotions to Senior Superintendent and Superintendent.
Mr Chiu Ming-wah and Mr Matthew Lindsay have been promoted to Senior Superintendent, while Ms Chin Tsang-lo, Mr Choi Chin-pang and Mr Chan Joon-sun, to Superintendent.
