CP commends T NTN
Commissioner Tang King-shing called at Traffic New Territories North (T NTN) Headquarters and presented his Unit Commendation to T NTN on March 31.
He commended T NTN for displaying an exceptionally high level of teamwork and devotion to duty whilst planning and executing traffic management operations between January 2007 and August 2008, in particular policing of the visits of President Hu Jintao and Vice President Xi Jinping in 2007 and 2008 respectively, traffic management and horse escort for the 2008 Olympic Equestrian Events and other major traffic policing operations in NTN.
On hand to share the joy of the presentation were NTN Regional Commander and many senior officers from NTN Regional Headquarters. Over 100 serving and former T NTN officers whose contributions had led to the unit award also came back to join a tea reception following the presentation.
