Support Branch Chief Superintendent Yu Man-wah awarded the Police Headquarters (PHQ) property management contract to Synergis Management Services Limited (Synergis) by presenting a letter of acceptance to its Facility Management Director, Mr Deric Probst-Wallace, on June 25. Following an open tender exercise, Synergis was appointed to provide comprehensive property management services, including security, cleaning and labour services, and horticulture, to the PHQ Complex for three years beginning on July 1. Mr Yu, who is Chairman of the Tender Assessment Panel, praised the panel members, Superintendent Benny Ho, Senior Executive Officer (SEO) Shirley Ho, Acting SEO Leung Ying-kit, and Acting SEO Winnie Wong for bringing the tender exercise to a successful conclusion. |
