The World Police and Fire Games will be held in New York City from August 26 to September 5, next year. The Police Athletics Club (PAC) will soon conduct an open selection exercise to find potential athletes to represent the Force in athletics events of the Games, including track and field, cross country and road race. For further details of the events, refer to www.2011wpfg.org. Subsidies will be considered for successful applicants. The PAC Executive Committee will make the final selection of athletes in accordance with established selection criteria. Applicants will be briefed on practice and training sessions as well as selection criteria at PSRC on September 24. For application details, refer to the PAC website on POINT. The deadline for applications is September 15. |
