New Territories North Regional Commander Austin Kerrigan presented Police Long Service Medals and Clasps, Commanding Officer's Commendations, retirement souvenirs and Long Meritorious Service Certificates to 101 officers and civilian staff at New Territories North Regional Headquarters on November 12, in recognition of the recipients' contributions to the Force.
