Sham Shui Po Police Station.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to show my immense gratitude to some of your squad members who helped my 85-year-old father on Wednesday, December 29, 2010.

On that day, at about 4 pm, after his missing for nearly six hours, a policeman called my mother that he was found lost and confused somewhere near Festival Walk in Kowloon Tong.

When they found out that my mother was also over 80 years old, they offered to take him back to Wong Tai Sin instead of having us going to Sham Shui Po police station to pick him up.

Since my father has poor memories, they needed to spend a lot of time driving round the housing estate before I was able to meet them outside our building. However, they were still very patient and demonstrated high quality of professionalism.

I would like to thank them once again for their love and care which could make a big difference in Hong Kong’s society.
