Dear Sirs,

I thank you very much for your kind assistance on February 23, 2011.

On that day, I lost my two-year-old daughter near the New Town Plaza in Shatin. As you know, the area there is large and a lot of people were there. After 20 minutes' search, I could not find where she was. I then reported to 999 to seek your assistance.

Policemen PC 50862 and PC 12111 arrived immediately to help. I took them to the place where I lost my daughter. On one hand, they tried their best to calm me down as I was very panicky. On the other hand, they effectively organised a search for my daughter. I can see they are helping whole-heartedly in order to help me find my daughter in the shortest time.

With their effective and efficient search organisation, my daughter was subsequently found in a short time near Lek Yuen Estate.

All the way, I can see their performance was outstanding and I thank them very much for their assistance.
