After the last issue of "Stretching Exercise 'Yes' or 'No' ", you should have a much better understanding of the benefits of doing regular exercises.  Besides the flexibility of joints, the exercise helps us improve blood circulation, relax tense muscles and reduce the risk of overuse injuries. Furthermore, doing exercise can eliminate the possibility of getting muscle soreness. When the exercise is integrated into breathing, it will help to relieve stress. As such, we highly recommend doing more regular exercises for the sake of your physical strength.

The followings are some guidelines before you begin the exercise:

✽    Understand yourself: To better understand your own physical condition, consult a doctor or a professional before starting any exercise programme.

✽    Follow the sequence: Choose an exercise that suits your ability and stretch the particular parts of your body for muscle relaxation.

✽    Move slowly: Maintain an appropriate speed without bouncing or jerky movement, especially when doing with your neck or back.

✽    Concentrate on your breathing: Maintain smooth breathing during exercise. When doing in synchronization with breathing, the exercise will make you feel more relaxed.

✽    Be health-conscious: When you feel any discomfort during exercise, stop and rest for a while. If you are not getting better, consult a physician as soon as you can.
