Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB) assists local and overseas production companies in producing videos or documentaries on police stories, which not only attract favourable comments from the viewers, but also boost public support for the Force and enhance the professional image of the Force. PPRB also co-operates with various media on their filming projects. For instance, local online platform "We Love Hong Kong Channel" produced a series of feature videos on police frontline units with PPRB assistance. Their previous clips covered the work of Regional Command and Control Centre, Emergency Unit, Patrol Sub-unit and Police College. The latest feature video on "Female Police Officers" highlights the interviews with representatives from Crime and Traffic streams, as well as Airport Special Unit and Patrol Sub-unit, to show their diverse experiences. From this video, viewers can better understand the career opportunities and job challenges for female police officers. The feature video has been uploaded onto Police Public Page and OffBeat e-version. In addition, PPRB has launched the "Police Stories" Video Programme. Since June 2010, a total of seven video clips nave been made on "International Police Co-operation Series", "Professional Series", "Love and Care Series" and "Bravery Series" . The stories' themes ranged from "Preparations for the First INTERPOL Information Security Conference", "Policing during the Constitutional Reform Debate at LegCo", "Police Volunteers" to "History of Force Remembrance Day". All "Police Stories" video clips are available on Police Public Page as well.
