All the three teams of Police Hockey Club (PHC) have come up with outstanding performances in the Hong Kong Hockey Association Winter League 2010/2011.

"I'm very pleased to see that the captains, vice-captains and players of all three teams have done an excellent job throughout the season," said PHC Chairman, Senior Superintendent Gary Field.

The Men's A Team represented the Force in the Men's 4th Division, finishing top of the league standings and winning 15 out of the 20 matches played. The Men's B Team, traditionally the training ground for new players, took part in the Men's 6th Division and finished a very credible fourth out of nine teams.

The Ladies' Team represented the Force in the Women's 3rd Division. Out of the 14 games played, they recorded only one loss and topped the table. They also recorded victories in the Women's 3rd Division play-off, Knockout Cup, making a clean sweep of the silverware in their division.

Both the Men's A and Ladies' teams are looking forward to promotion next year. "We are ready for challenges," said Men's A Team Captain, Inspector (IP) Andy Cheung Man-tik.
