Dear Sir,

I am writing in gratitude to thank and commend two members of your Force who provided valuable help with utmost efficiency and courtesy last Saturday, August 27, 2011.

The two members of your Force are PC No. 45475 and PC No. 49024.

That afternoon, my elderly mother's Thai domestic helper was found collapsed in Happy Valley. Police was called, and she was taken to Queen Mary Hospital in an ambulance. Your officers found some telephone numbers on her and proceeded to call each number, and finally were able to contact our family. They even left a phone number for us to contact them. Eventually my husband and I went to the hospital, and your officers were waiting at the Emergency Department for us. There, they provided us with updates, and were always most courteous, helpful and reassuring.

I am writing to express the family's gratitude, and also to say how impressed we were. Certainly, my husband and I will be telling everyone how thorough, considerate and helpful your officers were.

I am hoping that you will convey our gratitude and admiration to the two officers concerned.
